Accommodating different schedules is a top priority for Jumpring Jewellery Studio and that is why the Introductory Sterling Silver Course is offered to aspiring jewellery makers who would like to attend evening classes. This course will guide you through the stages of making your own wearable jewellery. Starting from melting sterling silver granules, you will receive step-by-step instructions from an experienced metal smith. Learn skills such as melting silver and rolling plate or making round wire, shaping, soldering as well as mastering filing, sanding and buffing your jewellery to a fine finish. By the end of the course, participants will have a few pieces of jewellery with the option to take them home at the cost of the silver. Choose between a Tuesday or a Thursday evening class.
